How to Redeem an iBooks Promo Code

Great: You’ve received a promo code to get an Apple iBook for free. Now, how do you use it? How to redeem the code is NOT intuitive. In fact, the process is different depending on what device you use:

For iPhone,

1. Open the iBooks app.
2. In the Reading Now tab, click on the headshot icon next to the Reading Now heading.
3. Scroll down to Redeem Gift Card or Code

For iPad,

1. Open the iBooks app.
2. In the Features tab, scroll down to the bottom.
3. Click Redeem

For Mac,

1. Open the iBooks app.
2. Tap on iBooks Store at the top left
3. Scroll down to the bottom.
4. Click Redeem
